Registration Policy
  • All registered campers must submit a Physical Form HRS 3040 and an Immunizations Form HRS 680 before the first day of camp. Obtainable from your pediatrician. If you are currently enrolled in ECC or BES and have these forms on file do not resubmit.
  • All campers must be picked up by 4:00 pm. A child not enrolled in extended care who is picked up late will be charged $15.00 for every hour or part thereof.
  • Snack is included in all programs.
  • A kosher-style hot lunch program will be available for no additional cost. 
  • Temple Beth Emet is not responsible for lost items. Please label everything!
  • Camp schedule is subject to change based on Broward County Public Schools calendar.
  • Camp Directors must be notified in writing of any special needs or limitations a child may have.
  • In the event of a medical emergency, I understand that Camp Beth Emet may have my child transported to the nearest hospital for treatment.
  • The Camp Director reserves the right to deny any camper participation in any camp program or field trip if his/her conduct or behavior is deemed not in the best interest of the camp or in detriment to fellow campers.
  • Camp Beth Emet reserves the right to substitute any activities without prior notice.
  • Campers and families agree to read and follow the Camp Beth Emet 2025 Parent Manual. 
Payment Policies
  • To receive a membership discount for camp, Membership must be established for the 2024-2025 school year and the account must be in good standing. 
  • Registration must be accompanied by a non-refundable, non-transferable Registration Fee (per child). Registration fee is not applied to camp fees. 
  • There is a $50 Security Service Fee for members and $150 Security Service Fee for families who are camp only.
  • Schedule changes will not be processed until the Schedule Change Request Form is submitted. Each change after June 1st will incur a $35 administrative fee.
  • Requests for tuition refunds will be evaluated individually. Refund penalty may be applied and final credit may be posted to school tuition 2024-2025 if applicable. LAST DAY TO REQUEST A FULL REFUND IS May 20, 2025.
  • Sibling discount only applies to campers registered for FULL SUMMER. A $300 discount is given to siblings.
  • All Camp fees must be paid in full by June 10, 2025.
  • No refunds will be given for absences during camp sessions.
  • Limited Financial Assistance is available. 
 

Photo Permission is granted to use any photographs and videos of my child to be taken during camp.
I hereby grant permission for my child(ren) to participate in all aspects of the Camp Beth Emet Program. I hereby enroll my child(ren).
I understand and accept the above policies. 
Both parents need to sign (even if parents are separated or divorced). If there is no parent 2 please put N/A. 

Payment Agreement
*Registration will be processed ONLY upon full completion of Payment Agreement. 
Registration Fees per camper and security fees per family are due upon completion of registration.

The payment information you provide below will be used to set up your monthly camp tuition.
Temple Members include all students registered in our ECC or BES programs from the 24-25 school year.
Credit Card Payments (there is a 3% convenience fee with all credit card transactions) 
Debit Card Payments and ACH (there are no additional fees)
ACH Payments (No changes may be made within 10 business days of payment)

Once you submit this form you will receive an email with a payment link. Please submit payment for registration fee per child and security fee per family. We must receive payment so we can confirm your child(ren)s enrollment in  Camp Beth Emet 2025. Thank you!
