Registration Policy
  • All TBE Afterschool BEKEF students must be picked up by 5:30 pm. A student who is picked up late will be charged $10.00 for every 5 minutes or part thereof.
  • If your child will not be attending TBE Afterschool BEKEF Program due to illness or other reasons you MUST notify the office by noon of that day. Please email TBEAfterschool@templebethemet.org  or call 954-680-1882 and ask for Lori Hill.
  • One snack is included per day. (Please send additional kosher style, nut-free snacks for your child if needed).
  • Temple Beth Emet is not responsible for lost items. Please label everything!
  • While we follow the Broward County school calendar, TBE will be closed for Jewish Holidays. A schedule will be provided.
  • TBE Afterschool BEKEF Program must be notified in writing of any special needs or limitations a child may have.
  • In the event of a medical emergency, I understand that Temple Beth Emet may have my child transported to the nearest hospital for treatment.
  • TBE Afterschool BEKEF Program reserves the right to remove a student from the program if his/her conduct or behavior is deemed not in the best interest of TBE Afterschool Program or in detriment to fellow students. 

Payment Policies
  • Registration must be accompanied by a non-refundable, non-transferable Registration Fee of $50 (per child).Registration fee is not applied to the TBE Afterschool Program tuition fees. *In the event the TBE AP program is canceled due to low enrollment you will receive a refund. 
  • There is a $350 Security Service Fee per family for non-members registered in the program. (If you are a TBE member your security fee is part of your school tuition or membership). The security fee will be billed with the 1st months tuition payment.
  • Tuition is a monthly fee  from July 1, 2025 - April 1, 2026.
    • 1st child - $480 per month. Total tuition for the year is $4800.
    • Additional children (sibling discount - 5%) $456 per month. Total tuition for the year is $4560
  • You can pay through Debit Card, Credit Card or ACH. There is a 3% convenience fee for all credit card transactions. 
  • There are no refunds or credits due to illness or absence.
  • There is a $35 late fee if payment is not made by the 10th of the month, unless arrangements have been made in advance.


Withdrawal Policy

  • This is an annual program. In case of withdrawal you are still responsible for the yearly balance. 
 
 

Photo Permission is granted to use any photographs and videos of my child to be taken during the TBE Afterschool BEKEF Program.
I hereby grant permission for my child(ren) to participate in all aspects of the TBE Afterschool BEKEF Program. I hereby enroll my child(ren).
I understand and accept the above policies. 
Both parents need to sign (even if parents are separated or divorced). If there is no parent 2 please put N/A. 

Payment Agreement
*Registration will be processed ONLY upon full completion of Payment Agreement. 
Registration Fees are due upon completion of registration per student. You will receive a payment link to pay the registration fees after you submit your application.
Temple Members include all students registered in our ECC or BES programs from the 25-26 school year.
